Customer satisfaction is a priority at Pilates Temple . If you wish to return an item, please read the conditions below carefully.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Cooling-off period) In accordance with European and Belgian legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS For a return to be accepted and refunded, the products must be:

  • Returned in their original and new condition (neither worn, nor damaged, nor soiled).

  • Complete (with all accessories, instructions and labels attached).

  • In their original, undamaged packaging .

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

Attention: Items returned incomplete, damaged, washed or showing signs of use (sweat, pet hair, stains) will be refused and will not be refunded.

3. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

  1. Contact us by email at info@pilatestemple.com before the 14-day period expires to notify us of your return.

  2. We will provide you with the exact return address.

  3. Pack the product carefully so that it is not broken during transport.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer , unless the product received is defective or the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible if the returned package is lost.

5. REFUND Once your return has been received and inspected by our teams:

  • If everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund to the payment method used for the purchase (Credit Card, PayPal...) within 14 days .

  • If the product is refused (damaged or used), we will contact you.

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT UPON ARRIVAL If you receive an item damaged in transit or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. To validate your claim, you must provide us with the following information by email:

  1. A clear photo of the defect on the product.

  2. A photo of the outer packaging (cardboard) showing its condition upon arrival.

  3. A legible photo of the shipping label affixed to the package.

After validation, we will offer you a free replacement or a refund.
